In my organization, if I would ask a team if they finish their tasks for the sprint, the answer is either "no, we never do" or "yes by definition, since everything else gets shifted to the next iteration". 🙊
I'm trying to get people interested for a while now. Last year I made a prediction contest (ACX style). No success to get anybody relevant interested so far.
Also, you don't want to start in a big enterprise in Germany. We probably have more bureaucratic hurdles than anybody else (works council approval for privacy reasons, mandatory pen testing for web services, etc).
